Johanna Johnson is an internationally acclaimed designer known for her high-design approach to luxury bridal and red carpet fashion. Now after many years working on heavily embellished gowns, jewellery and accessories she is expanding her house to include DURANT Fine Jewellery. As with all of her gowns, Johanna Johnson designs every piece in her fine jewellery collections, drawing inspiration from vintage and estate jewellery, while incorporating the modern sustainability of lab diamonds and the allure of red carpet glamour.

LAB GROWN DIAMONDS
Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds, created using advanced technology to replicate the natural diamond formation process. They have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds but are more sustainable and ethical.

All details of our international register are kept under strict confidentiality.

DURANT 'FINE' JEWELLERY - CUSTOMISATIONS
We offer a range of services such as engraving and re-sizing, and personal, commissioned 'Design Services' with the Designer. Please contact one of our team to inquire about the Designer's available 'Custom Order' schedule, or for engraving or re-sizing requests. 
Please note – service costs for engraving and re-sizing vary dependent on the detail and timings required. The Designer's 'Custom Order Fee' is set internationally and commences at USD2500.

Sizing

RING SIZE ALLOCATION
We want to ensure your ring fits perfectly. Follow these simple steps to determine your ring size:
- Measure Your Finger Directly with our 'Online Ring Sizer'
• Please click the link under any of the ring products you admire
• Using your phone camera, scan the supplied QR code
• Follow the prompts to place your preferred finger you wish to size on your phone screen
• Make sure the dotted lines aligns directly to either side of your chosen finger, then press the 'tick'. This capture will list your ring size. Hit 'OK' to then complete your purchase.

- Use a Ring You Already Own
• Select a ring that fits the finger you want to measure
• Lay the ring flat on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (the distance across the inside of the ring)
• Compare the measurement to the size chart below to find your size

- Visit a Jeweler for an Accurate Measurement
• For the most accurate measurement, visit a professional jeweler and have your finger sized

- Important Tips
• Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's warm, as fingers tend to shrink in cold temperatures
• If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, select a size that fits over the knuckle comfortably
• If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort

RE-SIZING
• For bands that are able to be re-sized we offer one complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of purchase for DURANT Fine Jewellery (excluding eternity bands and intricate designs).
• Certain ring designs, particularly those featuring a continuous band of diamonds or intricate settings, cannot be resized without compromising their integrity. Rings with a full-eternity design (where diamonds or gemstones encircle the entire band) do not have an area of unset metal to adjust the size without disturbing the stone placement, symmetry, or overall durability. Additionally, intricate settings with detailed craftsmanship may not withstand alterations without weakening the structure. In these instances each ring size has its own mold and the design is amended to fit and set to each size.
• As these full-eternity designs cannot be resized, each size is crafted individually, requiring a precise number of diamonds or gemstones to maintain the design's integrity. Larger ring sizes require more materials, including additional stones and precious metal, which naturally increases production costs. Each ring is carefully measured and set to ensure the perfect balance of aesthetics, durability, and comfort.

JEWELLERY REPAIRS
We offer repair services for both DURANT Fine and Fashion Jewellery. Contact us for details on specific repairs and pricing.

INSURANCES
• All sales are covered by our door-to-door insurance.
• DURANT Fine Jewellery clients have the option of selecting immediate, externally provided*, Annual Insurance for their purchases at Checkout. This feature is being added by 31st February 2025, however can be arranged with us directly prior to this date.
*The Insurer contacts our clientele directly to activate this recommended service. This is a separate arrangement with the Client and the Insurer, not related to/with Johanna Johnson Inc./DURANT

WARRANTIES
• All DURANT Fine Jewellery is provided with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please read our T&C's for all specific details.
• We provide a one-year warranty on our DURANT Fashion Jewellery against manufacturing defects. Please read our T&C's for all specific details.

HOW TO
Simply select your desired piece, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

PAYMENT SERVICES

ORDER MODIFICATION/CANCELLING
Your order can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After which production or shipping will have commenced.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
For security reasons, all of our shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure the delivery details you provide us have someone in attendance during the day, and approval for receiving your package if you are not present.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please use the link enclosed to track your shipment online. Please note; due to flight arrivals and processing times some shippers can take 12-24 hours to update the package location. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

• All custom, engraved, re-sized and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

CUSTOMISED OR ENGRAVED ITEMS
Unfortunately, customised, re-sized and engraved pieces are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.

REFUND TIMES
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
We recommend having your DURANT 'FINE' Jewellery professionally cleaned every 6-12 months. Our DURANT 'FASHION' Jewellery can be gently cleaned at home with a soft cloth.

ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING
All of our custom packaging is made from sustainable materials to minimise environmental impact however we can. This includes removing all plastic packaging from our internal production processes and delivery detailing.

FAIR LABOR PRACTICES
At Johanna Johnson Inc we work only with certified, ethical suppliers, who uphold and adhere to international fair labor standards and environmentally responsible practices. All of our Suppliers sign a binding 'Supplier Agreement' to maintain the highest manufacturing, ethical and environmental standards.
