MEASURE YOUR FINGER DIRECTLY with our 'Online Ring Sizer'
• Please click the link under any of the ring products you admire
• Using your phone camera, scan the supplied QR code
• Follow the prompts to place your preferred finger you wish to size on your phone screen
• Make sure the dotted lines aligns directly to either side of your chosen finger, then press the 'tick'. This capture will list your ring size. Hit 'OK' to then complete your purchase.

USE A RING YOU ALREADY OWN
• Select a ring that fits the finger you want to measure
• Lay the ring flat on a ruler and measure the inner diameter (the distance across the inside of the ring)
• Compare the measurement to the size chart below to find your size

VISIT A JEWELLER
• For the most accurate measurement, visit a professional jeweler and have your finger sized

IMPORTANT TIPS
• Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's warm, as fingers tend to shrink in cold temperatures
• If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, select a size that fits over the knuckle comfortably
• If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort

RE-SIZING
• For bands that are able to be re-sized we offer one complimentary ring resizing within 30 days of purchase for DURANT Fine Jewellery (excluding eternity bands and intricate designs).
• Certain ring designs, particularly those featuring a continuous band of diamonds or intricate settings, cannot be resized without compromising their integrity. Rings with a full-eternity design (where diamonds or gemstones encircle the entire band) do not have an area of unset metal to adjust the size without disturbing the stone placement, symmetry, or overall durability. Additionally, intricate settings with detailed craftsmanship may not withstand alterations without weakening the structure. In these instances each ring size has its own mold and the design is amended to fit and set to each size.
• As these full-eternity designs cannot be resized, each size is crafted individually, requiring a precise number of diamonds or gemstones to maintain the design's integrity. Larger ring sizes require more materials, including additional stones and precious metal, which naturally increases production costs. Each ring is carefully measured and set to ensure the perfect balance of aesthetics, durability, and comfort.
