Your Johanna Johnson order will first be delicately wrapped in black tissue paper, then placed in one of our signature black boxes* and elegantly tied with a our gross-grain ribbon and corporate packaging.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Standard lead times of 2-4 weeks apply to our accessories and jewellery collections. Longer lead times apply to our made-to-order gowns, accessories and luxury lifestyle pieces.

Please note that the lead times can vary depending on the product’s availability. Should you require your order urgently, please make note of your preferred delivery date on your order.

For International shipping, all items are sent using an Express delivery service. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery (shipping times vary depending on the destination). This is a door to door with an online tracking service, requiring a signature on delivery. All orders made to delivery destinations outside of Australia are required to be processed for clearance in customs so import duty and taxes will apply.

For National shipping, all items are sent using an Express delivery service. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery (shipping times vary depending on the destination). This is a door to door service, requiring a signature on delivery.

Delivery is FREE for any orders above $100.

For any purchases under $100 delivery charges vary depending on the destination:
For all deliveries within Australia or New Zealand there is a $20 delivery charge.
For all deliveries to the United States or Canada, there is a $30 delivery charge.
For all deliveries to the UK or Ireland, there is a $30 delivery charge.
For all deliveries outside of these specified areas, there is a $40 delivery charge.

Shipping is complementary for all replacement items, however, exchanges made to delivery destinations outside of Australia are required to be processed for clearance in customs so import duty and taxes will apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship Internationally using a door-to-door express delivery service. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery (shipping times vary depending on the destination).

Deliveries to destinations outside of Australia are required to be processed for clearance in customs so import duty and taxes will apply to these deliveries. Import duties and taxes will be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of import duties and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for the payment of any import duties in your own country. We are unable to advise on the import and duty rates as these will vary according to the destination.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

As we use a door to door delivery service which requires a signature on delivery when sending items both nationally and Internationally, the carriers will not deliver to PO box addresses.

If using a business address, please provide the name of the business to ensure the package is delivered safely.

Can I track my parcel online?

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be contacted by one of the JJ Inc. team with a tracking number so that you can track the progress online. Please email us at info@johannajohnson.com should you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order. * Subject to availability.
